Vinification
Softly pressing the grapes whole, and then fining and filtering the must before it is fermented in pressure tanks (Charmat method) at low temperature.
Characteristic
Straw yellow to pale golden yellow. Fine and persistent. Fragrant of Muscat grapes. Sweet and typical. Drink while still young.

Alcoohol 7%vol; Acidity 6.3 g/l; Residual sugar 90 g/l; bar 3.5 atm
Food suggestions
Ideal with dessert cakes. Combined with fruits and pastry, pleasant with snacks. Uncork at the moment and serve is chilled at 6 °C.
