	Characteristic Light straw colour with slight greenish reflections. Delicate and intense bouquet. Dry taste, harmonious, typical almond bitter aftertaste. Drink while still young.
	Analysis Alcol 12,5%/vol; acidity 5.6 g/l; residual sugar 2 g/l.
	Food suggestions As aperitif, with appetizers, hor d'oeuvres, light meals, eggs, salad, fish dishes. Serve chilled at 8°C.
