Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella. From vineyards Bardolino classico district, facing Lake of Garda.
Vinification
Hand selected grapes, soft pressing, vinification in rosè, fermentation at controlled temperature.
Characteristic
Light rosè colour. Fruity, fresh bouquet. Dry taste, harmonious, vivacious, vinous. Correctly stored may be aged for 2 years.

Alcol 11,7%vol; Acidity 5,5g/l; residual sugar 4g/l;
Food suggestions
Ideal with pasta, pizza, light meals, white meats, and during all meals. Serve chilled at 10°C.
