	Grapes Pinot Noir, one of the oldest grape varieties to be cultivated for the purpose of making wine. Selected vineyards in the Pavia province.
	Vinification Selected hand picked Pinot Noir grapes. Traditional method, soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, maceration for 10 days.
	Characteristic Ruby red. Medium bodied. Complex aromas and flavors of violets, strawberries, raspberries and vanilla. Soft velvety texture, gently caressing. Correctly stored may be aged for 5 years.
	Analysis Alcol 12,90%vol; Acidity total 5,8 g/l; Residual sugar 5,8 g/l; SO2 total 90 g/l.
	Food suggestions Grilled salmon, roast beef, roasted and braised lamb, grilled meats, cheeses. Serve at 18° C. ( Far …)
