	Grapes Corvina veronese 40-70%; Rondinella 20-40%; Molinara 5/25%. Best situated sunnyhills in Valgatara and Marano di Valpolicella, classic Valpolicella district.
	Vinification Traditional method from fresh hand selected grapes.
	Characteristic Deep ruby red colour. Delicate ethereal bouquet. Dry warm taste, velvet smooth with a hint of bitterness. Correctly stored may be aged for 5 years.
	Analysis Alcol 12,5%/vol; acidity 5.5 g/l; residual sugar 5 g/l. dry extract 24 g/l.
	Food suggestions Classic dry red wine ideal with pasta, pizza, sausages, cheeses, meats, games. Serve at room temperature 20°C.
	Bottle Bordeaux classic 75 cl., natural cork. In carton with 6 bottles.
