Deep ruby garnet red. Distinctive spicy notes. Dry and persistent. Soft extremely full-bodied, velvety, round with pleasant finish of oak and cherries. Correctly stored may be aged for 5 years.

Alcol 13,20%vol; acidity 5.60 g/l; residual sugar 5,3 g/l; dry extract 28.00 g/l; SO2 total 90 mg/l.
Food suggestions
Excellent with roasted guinea-fowl, rabbit ‘alla cacciatora’ (stewed in a tomato, wine and herb sauce), boiled meat, medium old cheeses, i.e. Monte Veronese 13 months.
