Dry and appetizing flavour. Suggested as an aperitif, with any sea food and particularly with shellfish, both cooked and raw, lean hors d'oeuvre, white meat and soup. To serve at 7 - 8 Celsius. After the addition of the selected yeasts the must ferments at a checked temperature (18° C) in stainless steel containers. The taking of foam occurs in autoclave according to the long Charmant method (around nine months). TASTING NOTES Sparkling wine with a rosè colour, very elegant and persistent perlage; floral nose with hints of fruit, fresh and delicate taste.
