PINOT GRIGIO VILLA RUBINI 2011 75cl Rubini

Pinot Grigio is indigenous to northern France. Today it is a well known Italian wine typical of the north-east area of Italy where it has replaced Pinot Bianco. In the vineyard, the grape clusters are a grey-violet colour which has evolved from the completely copper colour.
Rubini Pinot Grigio has an intense straw yellow colour with gold-copper glints, and is vinified in the Alsatian style.
The aroma is harmonic, intensively fruity and pleasant and evolves to exotic fruits, banana and mango.
The taste is dry. A good acidity balance is textured with white-fruit flavour.
